Carley & Christian’s destination engagement session happened at a private farm in Byron, Georgia. We were greeted by cows and warm, sunny weather. A complete 180 of the weather in Washington. Becoming a destination wedding photographer has the most amazing perks!
I met Carley & Christian through a very good mutual friend of ours when Christian came over and started talking about wedding things. I’m not one to poach clients from other photographers, so I gave my wedding advice and left it there. Until our mutual friend spoke up and let Christian know I was a wedding photographer. After discussing all the photography things and we parted ways, he called Carley and told her they had a new photographer for their wedding day.
Sometimes when you vibe you just vibe right?
It was like we knew each other for years rather than a mere 20 minutes.
So when the engagement session came, and I flew to Georgia, it was like no time has passed at all, and I FINALLY met Carley for the first time. It was a dream trip. We drank, we laughed, we tripped, ran into some trees, fed some cows, it was just incredible.
After getting to know both of these two souls more, I knew why they were made for each other. These two are like yin and yang, perfectly complimenting each other. Like peanut butter and jelly. I know that I have found lifelong friends with these two.
Carley & Christian will be tying the knot in early 2022 at a private residence in Byron, Georgia, and to say I’m excited is the understatement of the year.
Congratulations Carley & Christian! I cannot wait for the wedding day!!!
