Avery & Kris' Red Cedar Farm Wedding

The past couple of months have been absolutely hectic for me, as a mom, photographer, and also working full time. Not to mention moving our entire lives into a brand new house.

So that meant, unfortunately, blogging had to sit on the back burner for a little bit. But the sunshine in the sky of gray (literally, it’s winter now) is being able to write about Avery & Kris and their beautiful Poulsbo, Washington wedding at Red Cedar Farm.

Avery & Kris were referred to me by one of my friendors, CME, and from the first couple minutes of our consultation, it was an instant connection. If it wasn’t the conversation and jokes shared, I think it was the moment where Avery said “what’s that tattoo for? September 16th?” Well, that’s my daughter’s birthday, and she replied “That’s the day we met!” Can we talk about MEANT TO BE? I’m never gonna forget their anniversary!!!

Fast forward to September 15th, 2022. The day was warm and beautiful and the sun was shining, I knew it was gonna be a perfect day. The day started in the bridal suite where the girls were glamming and laughing. The laughter and joy continued and grew as the hours and minutes passed. Tears were shed (happy ones) and smiles never faded. And then the first dance started and ended in a MOSH PIT. Yeah, you read that right, a MOSH. PIT. Everyone partied until shoes lined the walls, and the getaway car was fired up.

Avery & Kris, you two didn’t only have the best wedding, but you had the BEST reception I’ve ever been to. Your family and friends are the sweetest people I’ve met! Hearing your sweet words to each other not only brought me to tears but proved to me that you two will last until the end of time!
