Mother’s Day, May 9th, 2021

I always knew Mother’s Day was an important day for mothers, but I never really understood how special it was until I became a mother myself. This will be my 3rd mother’s day, and I’m so grateful to be a part of this amazing ‘club’.
Motherhood is one of the greatest jobs I’ve ever had. Every morning I wake up more grateful for my tiny best friend than I was the day before.

Mother’s Day isn’t a day about gifts, or material things, at least in my mind. To me Mother’s Day is the one day a year when everyone turns to a momma in their life and say ‘you’re appreciated, even when you don’t think you are, you’re appreciated’.

I am so grateful especially for my momma, who gave me life and loved me through my VERY ROUGH teen years😅 But also for all the other mothers that have an influence in my life. Each one of these women that have touched my life has helped me grow into the person I’m proud to be. There are too many to list, but they know who they are and how appreciative I am of them!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mommas out there, and all the dads playing both parts. You are all amazing and appreciated. Never stop being the amazing momma that you are!
