Carley and Christian were married on February 26, 2022, at a private residence in Byron, Georgia. Being in the South, with a gorgeous day forecasted, you would think that the thought of having an outdoor wedding would be miserable due to the heat and humidity. But no, the beautiful Georgia weather gave us a sunny day with good temperatures and minimal humidity. Carley and Christian were married at the base of a magnolia tree on the property, the aisle was lined with wooden rounds with gold, black, and burgundy wine bottles placed upon them!

From the beginning of the day, meeting all of Carley’s best girls to the late-night sparkler exit, Carley and Christian know how to throw a party!

As their friend, I’m grateful to have been there to celebrate the next chapter of their life with them and their families. As their photographer, it seemed as if everything fell into place perfectly to create the most gorgeous photos. The sun hit perfectly, the tears were large, the laughs were loud, and the dancing was crazy! It was an amazing Georgia wedding!

I could go on and on about these two and how much love I have for them! When I met Christian for the first time I knew that there was something great about him. I knew the woman that he was about to marry had to have been a truly amazing person. I met Carley for the first time at their engagement session and when I met her and got to know her I found out just how incredible of a person she is. 

There was a running joke all weekend about how Carley and Christian perfectly balance each other. But it’s not a joke, Carley and Christian are truly each other’s yin and yang.

I may not have known these two for very long, but I know we’ll be in each other’s lives for the rest of our lives.

Carley and Christian you both hold a special place in my heart I’ll forever be grateful for that conversation we had in the kitchen, where our mutual friend happened to mention that I was a wedding photographer. You never know how a single moment can change your life, and I’m glad mine changed in that kitchen. I know that I’ll FOREVER have a home in Georgia with you guys.
